General Duties

• Provide high-quality service to our patients while adhering to our company's standards and procedures.
• Improve the lives of older people by assisting them with everyday chores such as grooming, clothing, toileting, bathing, changing linens, food preparation, feeding, and keeping a clean and safe environment.
• Aid with ambulation, hospital transfers, doctor's visits, and normal or rehabilitative activities as directed by the therapist.
• Attend to or accompany patients in performing grocery shopping and other appointments
• Provide physical, emotional, and clinical support and companionship
• Communicate the needs of patients effectively to family members, healthcare personnel, and management
• Maintain patients confidentiality at all times

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED may be required 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to submit a clean Criminal Background report
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
• Proof of COVID and flu vaccination 
• Physical endurance
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
