Specifications:

• To demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• To be compassionate, patient, and service-oriented.
• To have the physical stamina required for the demands of the role.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• The ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarization with Electronic Health Records.
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• A High School Diploma or GED equivalency.

Roles:

• Providing high-quality direct patient care tasks such as; monitoring vital signs, bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining patient hygiene.
• Assisting in patient mobility and transfers.
• Facilitating recreational activities aimed at engaging the patients mentally and physically.
• Accurately documenting patient conditions and observations.
• Communicating effectively with nursing team members and other healthcare professionals regarding patient status and care updates.
• Ensuring patient rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Identifying any changes in the patient's condition and escalating it to the appropriate healthcare professional.
