JOB SUMMARY
Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the Mission Statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospice. Under minimal supervision and according to general directions, provides varied administrative and executive level support to the Executive Director of Carroll Hospice.
REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred High School Diploma

• Preferred Associate's Degree

• 4-7 years Minimum of four years in an executive support role. Required

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to be socially perceptive in accepting and communicating confidential information and interacting with a variety of Carroll Hospice/ Hospital personnel and influential business partners, including board members.
