• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Center for Hope’s volunteer program, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, supervising, and retaining volunteers.
• Supports departments in the Center in planning, coordinating, and executing special events.
• Oversees the scheduling and management of the training and conference center and interfaces with internal and external clients.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned to support Center for Hope’s general operations including oversight of the Community Closet.
• This position requires some flexibility to support evening and weekend special events as needed based on the needs of the Center.
• Daily shift required most days is 10:30am-7pm, Monday through Friday.
• Responsibilities include attending events, career fairs, etc taking pictures and posting on social media regularly

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
• Associate's Degree with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
