What you will be responsible for:
Running your own 360 desk - candidate delivery and business development
Consistent contributor to new business opportunities by considering and applying all routes to market and commercial decision making
Develop personal relationships with existing clients to yield repeat business for you and your business unit
Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results across the business unit
Source multiple candidates utilizing cold calls, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, and referrals.
Become an expert in the Life Sciences industry while becoming a matchmaker for clients and candidates for open positions
Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the entire recruitment life cycle from the initial phone call to closing the offer
Skills and experience we are looking for:
2 years of corporate agency recruiting experience preferred
Life Science knowledge preferred
New Business Development experience (prospecting leads, negotiating contracts etc.)
Collaborated in a team-oriented environment and mentored junior recruiters
Experience handling objections, generating leads, negotiating contracts, pitching new business development, and account management (all required)
