Those communities are Wesley Glen, Wesley Ridge, and Wesley Woods. We are a faith-based, mission-driven non-profit that is part of an integrated family of lifestyle communities, Life Enriching Communities.
What is Your Role? The HR Admin Asst is responsible for providing administrative support within the HR office. This includes assisting all associates, HR staff, applicants for employment as well as residents and family members, who may stop in for information. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a high level of compassion for others.

We are seeking:
High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
Previous experience in office environment, preferably Human Resources office.
Proven customer service orientation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel.
Familiarity with Paycor preferred.
