National Specification Sales Manager - Builder Channel
Lighting Fixture manufacturer seeks a Senior well-rounded Specification Sales Manager for the Builder Division who will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the residential builder/multifamily channel.
As the primary contact for clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning to ensure client satisfaction. The position requires intimate knowledge of the channel, including pricing strategies, key account management, project management, and new business development, with a proven track record of success.
Do you have specification relationships with the top 50 builders and more? Do you attend and develop business through the relevant trade shows? Have you developed creative strategies to develop, grow, and maintain relationships of high-quality products to the channel?
