Life Alliance, LLC is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Franklin, NC

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Your role will involve implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to help individuals achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect data on behaviors and progress towards goals
- Assist in patient assessments and contribute to treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining medical documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
