Life Alliance, LLC is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Waynesville, NC

```Duties```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Qualified Professional
- Provide direct one-on-one interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

- Provide support and guidance to families

```Experience```
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health is preferred

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
