```Duties```
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Support the manager in employee scheduling, shift management, and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the manager to create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and replenishing stock as needed
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor contracts and pricing agreements
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to manage financial resources effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems, including point-of-sale (POS) software
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
