We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our retail store. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting products
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or as an Assistant Manager is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships and pricing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of store management practices and visual merchandising techniques

Pay: From $17.90 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
