Mochinut West Covina currently has 1 assistant manager positions available. We are a dessert shop that serves donuts, Korean ricedogs, boba drinks, and ice cream. Depending on your performance, we may offer a promotion to manager position with a raise. (Manager position responsibilities would be everything in order to run the store smoothly, including the tasks listed below as well as ordering with all vendors, scheduling, being in charge of interviews/hiring process, etc.)

Starting Wage: $19/hr tips ($20/hr tips when training is fully complete)

Schedule: Must have open availability (weekdays & weekends)

Experience: Minimum of 1 yr food service experience required. Management or assistant management experience preferred.

Job Description:

• Regular job tasks of all employees serving customers, preparing food, etc.
• Keeping track of inventory using inventory chart and keeping all inventory organized
• Making sure correct delivery items get delivered to the store and making sure they get organized correctly
• Communicating with Shift Leads and Team Members
• Communicating with General Managers
• Communicating with all employees to manage covers for when employees are no show

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
