The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the organization. This individual will conduct virtual interviews, assess resumes, and determine selection criteria. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also provide job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Additionally, they will oversee in-person recruitment events, foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, and maintain a solid relationship with the hiring manager. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in assisting with the new hire onboarding process and training, as well as working on outreach for potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize online platforms to source and track potential candidates
  • Assess the qualifications and experience of potential candidates through resume reviews
  • Conduct virtual interviews and determine selection criteria
  • Provide job descriptions and interview questions that align with each position’s requirements
  • Oversee in-person recruitment events and coordinate logistics
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the hiring manager
  • Assist with new hire onboarding process and training
  • Work on outreach for potential candidates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ABA Therapy is preferred
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or a related role
  • Experience recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • An in-depth understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to step in and be proactive
