• Tracks all payments and outstanding bills.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintains historical records.
• Pays vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit, generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
• Prepares account analysis and produces monthly reports.
• Continues to improve the payment process.
• Supports timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts and principles.
• Must be willing and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team, assisting team members as needed.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
