Auto Dealership Office Manager
Liberty Family of Dealerships is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Dealership Office Manager to oversee the administrative and financial operations of one of our dealerships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong background in office management, and a deep understanding of automotive industry processes.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Financial Management:**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze dealership financial performance.
2. **Administrative Oversight:**
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline communication.
3. **Customer Service:**
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to administrative processes.
- Maintain a customer-focused environment within the office.
4. **Inventory Control:**
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to manage vehicle inventory.
- Track and reconcile vehicle sales and purchases.
5. **Compliance and Regulations:**
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure the dealership adheres to all legal requirements.
6. **Human Resources:**
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new office staff.
- Oversee employee performance and conduct evaluations.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with accounting software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of dealership operations and industry regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
