Seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative with 2-5 years of experience for a full-time position that possesses working knowledge of the printing industry.

All qualified candidates should possess knowledge of printing with direct mail/ fulfilment experience/press layout. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Customer Service Representatives are required to have direct interaction with clients and sales representatives, and production staff. Must be an accountable, professional, proactive, and a detail oriented person who possesses strong problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, strong written and oral communication skills, a self-starter and is willing to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

The position requires and utilizes the following skills: production planning, project order entry, purchasing of any outside services required to complete the projects, and in-house follow through of projects.
