Local Neighborhood Brasserie looking for a high energy, high volume service manager to really drive a World Class experience for our guests. The person must be able to fit the following criteria;

• Ability to drive profitability and overall operational compliance
• Drives Sales by consistent, high-quality food and service standards, executing with great ticket times
• Builds Team Talent: Ensures only the right people are hired and developed in the restaurant
• Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication
• The right candidate understands performance criteria and holds themself and the team accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills.
• Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors
• Creates a fun environment for all employees to be the premier restaurant to work at 
• At least two years high volume management experience
