LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our esteemed client's team!
Your Responsibilities:
Support all stages of recruitment, from assessing core competencies to extending offers.
Assist in all aspects of recruitment, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer decisions.
Collaborate with agencies on recruitment efforts.
Familiarity with Success Factors or similar ATS is advantageous.
Your Experience:
We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of recruitment experience, particularly in production and blue-collar roles.
While experience with Success Factors or a similar ATS is a plus, it is not required.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
