This is an opportunity to join a Chambers-ranked team representing local, national, and multinational employers in all aspects of the employer / employee relationship.

Qualifications

• 2 years of L&E experience , including litigating employment, civil rights, and complex matters in state and federal courts
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing abilities
• Strong academic background , including JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted or seeking admission to practice in Ohio

• Sophisticated work litigating employment claims in state / federal court and at the agency level, counseling clients re : federal, state and international law compliance and traditional labor issues, and internal investigations.
