Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading facilities company to fill their open Dispatcher job.

Responsibilities :

• Planning and scheduling daily and long-term work for facility maintenance teams
• Receiving and scheduling job orders
• Providing excellent customer service
• Scheduling and dispatching work to team members
• Maintaining work order logs and running reports
• Assisting with purchasing material and services
• Data entry and verification
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications :

• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar experience
• Previous experience with dispatching facilities and maintenance crews preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Compensation :

• Hourly rate between $ and $
