LHH is proactively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position near Norristown, PA. It is a Direct Hire position, that is onsite. Responsibilities:
Answering Phones
Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivables
Handle customer complaints
Provide appropriate solutions
Follow up to ensure resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be proficient with MS Office Suites and SAP
Must have good written and oral communication skills
At least 2-year experience must be out of Manufacturing or Distribution
Mandarin speaking is a plus

Salary: The anticipated salary range is between $50,000- $60,000 depending on experience
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
