Hours and Location: M-F, 40 hours a week, flexible between 8am-5pm; HYBRID with an office in Lone Tree, CO

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of staff members in the day-to-day performance of their duties
• Serving as the point person for key vendors and resolution of disputes
• Ensuring project/department goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
• Managing the accounts payable function to ensure compliance with internal accounting policies
• Reviewing the accounts payable register to ensure accuracy
• Designing and implementing standard policies and procedures for efficient processing
• Ensuring timely processing and payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers
• Maintaining accurate financial records and control reports

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent corporate AP management/supervisory experience
• Sage 100 experience preferred
• Experience implementing an electronic payment system (ACH or other)
• Intermediate MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
