LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Patient Registration Rep for a growing organization in Maui, HI. As a Patient Registration Rep, you will provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources.
This position is a full-time, in-office position, a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Gather patient information and ensure a smooth registration process.
Confirm patient insurance eligibility, and coverage limits, and obtain necessary authorizations or referrals.
Communicate with patients to provide necessary instructions, answer questions, and address concerns related to the registration process, paperwork, or insurance requirements.
Qualifications
2 years of healthcare experience
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of HIPPA and other medical insurance regulations.
