Infant Lead Teacher
Duties:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, language arts, science, and social studies (appropriate for age group)
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress through observation and evaluation
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student updates

Experience:
- High school diploma
- Valid teaching certification/license/ 90 Hours
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Strong classroom management skills, including behavior management techniques
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Understanding of child development and the ability to create a nurturing learning environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.76 - $19.75 per hour
