We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development and education of young children. MUST have:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and progress
- Create engaging activities that promote learning through play
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Experience:
- Previous experience working with infant/toddler aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
