We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining our high standards of service. Our Managers have the following responsibilities:
.Full Cycle Recruitment
· Interviewing, Onboarding, Skill Matching
· Employee management and scheduling
. Assisting in B2B sales and Client QC Visits (Mileage reimbursed)
· On-Site Event Check-ins and Management ( Including Concerts and Sporting Events!)
· Weekends, Evenings, and Holiday availability -· On-call coverage
Qualifications:
· 1-2 Years working in Hospitality preferred
· Able to Work in a fast-paced environment – Sense of Urgency is a Key Factor
· Associate degree in Management or Hospitality preferred or equivalent work experience
· Vehicle for traveling to Client sites and outside sales
· Bilingual English/Spanish
. Must be at least 21 years of age
