LG Express, Inc. is looking for a printer/customer service representative. We're an e-commerce fulfillment warehouse. We pack and ship an average of 4,000 daily packages. We are looking for an individual to print daily shipping labels. Main task will include to print shipping labels, answer customer inquiries via message. We communicate with our customers via chats using WhatsApp, Skype, WeChat, etc. You will not be talking on the phone. You will be fully trained by our customer service manager. Must be comfortable using google sheets, excel, and word. Our schedule is Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm. We pay twice per month on the 15th & last day of the month. Must be a team player and willing to learn.
