Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and timely information
- Assist with data entry tasks to update customer records and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Update accounts receivable (Checks, Customer payments, Payments from insurance companies, etc.)

-Work on final billing of completed jobs

-Follow-up with potential customers to schedule repairs

Experience:

-2 years experience in the CCC1 software system
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
