The Customer Success Representative role is the primary contact for the customer support center. This position will act as a liaison between customers and the branch service teams. This role establishes key relationships with new and existing clients in order to offer targeted support and services upon review of the customers' specific needs and concerns. Incumbents in this role will act to educate and inform customers of the products and services provided in an effort to provide top level protection of their home. This role requires a high degree of professionalism in interactions, in both internal and external communications. This position will acknowledge and track customer preferences and stay informed of sales strategies, packages and promotions and effectively relay all details to customers.
