Alta Pest Control is looking for a service professional to grow along with us. We're a family-owned and operated company with a focus on promoting from within. We've been operating since 2013 and have doubled in size every year since our inception. We're projected to double in size again this year and are looking for people to grow along with us.

The position starts at $18 an hour with perks and promotions every 6 months. We need someone to handle a daily route immediately. No prior pest control experience required; we provide paid training and pay to get you licensed by the state.

We have 6 technician positions currently open, applicants must be:

• Available: 8:30AM to 5:30PM Oct - Apr & 11:00AM to 8:00PM May - Sept
• Able to work 5 days a week: Monday thru Friday OR Tuesday thru Saturday.
• Hours average between 40 to 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain our company truck by keeping it clean and stocked with products, materials and equipment.
• Travel daily to client homes and perform thorough pest control services in a professional and efficient manner.
• Filling out and turning in the necessary paperwork associated with each job/service.
• Handle client concerns and answer questions in a professional, yet friendly manner in regards to their pest activity, our products and services/treatments.
• Each day you will receive a certain amount of clients to service, your shift will be completed once you reach the last stop on your route.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Speak clear English.
• Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Must live within 30-minutes of our office/warehouse.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• No Prior Felonies: Government oversees licensing and background checks are performed on all candidates.
• Clean Driving Record: No DUI's in last 3 years or major violations in the last 2 years.
