Description

Tremendous growth is on the horizon for Lexus of Colorado Springs as we get ready to move into a new state-of-the-art facility on North Nevada.

Competitive Pay:$48,000 annual salary plus bonus

Flexible Work Schedule: 4.5 day work week

Anticipated Deadline: 3/17/2024

As a Guest Experience Manager, you embody the knowledge, passion, and finesse that defines our brand. You are the grandmaster of the guest experiences, setting the gold standard for every sales interaction. Your mission? A seamless, transparent, and invigorating buying journey for our guests, building robust relationships with financial sources, and ensuring every deal shines in compliance and customer satisfaction.

Your Purpose as a Guest Experience Manager:

  • Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high-quality guest and employee experience.
  • Demonstrate expert level proficiency of the sales process and the Lexus brand.
  • Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey.
  • Observe the sales floor to ensure every guest and employee is having their needs met.
  • Ensure sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Acquire and maintain current state sales license, completing continuing education requirements as needed.
  • Responsible for controlling the sale, to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered.
  • Generate additional income through the sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
  • Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
  • Develop and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as required by leadership.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Proven record of creating great guest experiences (two years of experience preferred)
  • Being curious and agile, having a desire to embrace new experiences, and ability to quickly adapt to ever-evolving technology
  • Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to deliver messages to our teammates and guests with empathy and a welcoming approach
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
