As we prepare to transition to our state-of-the-art facility by July 2024, we need a skilled Used Car / Recon Technician who is dedicated to meticulous diagnostics and troubleshooting. Our new location will boast built-in toolboxes, heated floors, brand-new lifts and equipment, all strategically situated on I-25 (N Nevada) in Colorado Springs. This prime location provides easy access to major cities like Denver and Pueblo, optimizing our service capabilities. Why We Need You: 

With our expansion into a cutting-edge facility, we are looking to bolster our team with a Used Car / Recon Technician who can be pivotal in our transformation. This role is crucial as you will ensure the highest quality of repair work through comprehensive system diagnostics and road tests. You will also communicate directly with service advisors to update them on job status and timelines, ensuring our customers are well-informed. As automotive technology evolves rapidly, you will continuously learn and apply new techniques from formal training sessions. Your role will also involve maintaining an organized and professional shop environment and performing other duties as assigned by management. Your Purpose as Used Car|Recon Technician:

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a Service Technician strongly preferred.
• Technical School certificate/education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
