Your Purpose as a Lexus Brand Ambassador

• As a Lexus Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging customers with Lexus’s brand history and the latest products and technologies
• As part of the sales team, you will be a point of contact to our customers, welcoming them into our showroom or responding to telephone or online inquiries
• You will deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Lexus
• You are achievement-oriented, and never stop learning and building leadership skills

Requirements

Key Qualifications

You don't need to be from the auto industry; however, you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people.

• A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
