PrimaryPurpose :

Theprimary purpose of the Cook is to provide guests with an excellentdining experience while preparing all orders in an efficient,timely and high-quality manner that is consistent with menurecipes.

WorkPerformed :

TheCook will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities,andassignments :

• Prepareand cook food items for line and cook-to-order breakfastconsumption using standardizedfood techniques;
• Assistin the coordination of opening and closing breakfast as well as alllineprep duties;
• Prepareall food for the following day as requiredand directed;
• Operate,maintain and properly cleankitchen equipment;
• Maintainsanitary regulations of food temperatures androtating products;
• Completeregular sanitization / disinfection of all kitchen and food andbeverage work areas to include flooring, storerooms, prep areas,buffets, dining tables,and equipment;
• Learnmenus, recipes, preparationsand presentation;
• Abilityto operate dish machine and threecompartment sink s ;
• Separateand remove trash and garbage and place it indesignated containers;
• Maintaincomplete knowledge of and comply with all departmentalpolicies / serviceprocedures / standards;

Followall company safety and security policies and procedures, includingreporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions tomanagement;and

Anyandall otherwork as required to complete the primary purpose of theposition.

Qualifications :

• Priorcustomer serviceexperience
• Priorrelated culinaryexperience
• Six ( 6 ) monthsofCulinary experience
• Highschool diploma orequivalent
• FoodSafety Training certified or become certified within first 60 daysofemployment.
• AlcoholAwareness certified or become certified within first 60 days ofemployment
• CulinaryCertification
• A bleto lift a minimum of50lbs occasionallyand 15lbsregularly
• Able tobend and squatrepeatedly
• Ableto walk and stand for duration of scheduledshift
• Mustbe flexible to work day shifts, early mornings,evenings , nights, weekendsandholidays
