Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for a variety of basic to moderately complex functions in support of HR and benefit administration, employee relations, compensation, and providing information to employees regarding human resources activities, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years previous experience in a Human Resources role is required
  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage various projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Performs reference and background checks for all onboarding employees as needed
  • Assist in managing new hire onboarding and processing of paperwork
  • Provides ongoing communication with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an efficient onboarding experience
  • Processes and coordinates termination details in HCM software
  • Assists in documenting process changes and updating Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist in managing templates and completion of checklists in Task Management software
  • Processes employment verifications and any other government requested documentation
  • Responsible for maintaining employee files in the electronic filing system
  • Reconciles benefit invoices monthly
  • Works with Human Resource Management team on projects as needed
  • Maintains focus on continuous improvement and makes process improvement recommendations to management
