Position Summary:

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be a key contributor in expanding our business at the Lakeland, FL office. Your role will encompass:

· Identifying and pursuing leads to acquiring new business for the staffing agency.

· Establishing relationships with decision makers involved in hiring.

· Creating and delivering engaging presentations showcasing the agency's services.

· Negotiating contract terms with clients.

· Achieving successful sales closures.

· Surpassing sales quotas set by your supervisor.

· Maintaining contact with existing clients to foster ongoing business relationships.

Position Responsibilities:

· Servicing existing accounts, securing orders, and cultivating new accounts through strategic planning and organized daily work schedules.

· Tailoring sales presentations to match the nature of the sales outlet or trade factor.

· Focusing efforts on understanding the existing and potential volume of dealers.

· Submitting orders by referencing price lists and product literature.

· Providing management with activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.

· Staying informed about competition by gathering current marketplace information.

· Recommending changes based on evaluation of results and competitive developments.

· Addressing customer complaints, investigating problems, and suggesting solutions to management.

· Maintaining professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.

· Keeping records of area and customer sales history.

· Conducting weekly quality checks with existing clients.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

· Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.

· Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs.

· Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

· Ability to work well both independently and within a team.

· Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.

· A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.

· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

· Previous experience in a related industry or with similar products/services is a plus.

· Bilingual skills (if applicable to the role) are advantageous.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required.
