The Houston office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Corporate Practice.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Texas and have at least three (3) years of experience:
Lewis Brisbois’ Corporate Practice advises large, mid-size and small companies and investors in a wide range of corporate and business transactions including, but not limited to: choice of business entity and entity formation, corporate governance, corporate finance, federal and state securities, regulations, stock option and deferred compensation plans, commercial law and finance, secured transactions, equipment leasing, international business law matters, and handling mergers & acquisitions and other company reorganizations.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, legal research and writing skills, as well as strong communication skills.
Lewis Brisbois offers competitive compensation and in addition, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, PTO for eligible classifications and a bonus for those who exceed their minimum hourly requirements.
