We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to serve as one of the key go-to persons between Sales and Customer Success, assisting new clients with their account setup. We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation calls with clients to ensure successful setup
• Prepare client's data using Excel to be imported into the product
• Collaborate with the Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoff across teams
• Resolve challenging issues with effective problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Support and Engineering teams
• Document all customer inquiries in CRM tool
• Effective time management to ensure that onboarding timelines are met each and every time

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management
• 1-2 years of customer experience
• Proficiency in spreadsheet basics: creating, navigating, formatting and using formulas
