The position is responsible for managing multiple residential remodeling projects at a time and requires the ability to:

• Manage materials
• Manage sub contractors
• Manage project schedules
• Manage quality control
• Coordinate with clients
• Manage and practice project safety

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications a plus
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal structure while exercising great judgment
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines
• Basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook)
• Must have own transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
