You will report to the Director of North America Distribution & Logistics Operations.This is a hybrid role and will work onsite in our San Francisco Headquarters three days per week.About the Job:Create and standardize internal reports to drive continuous visibility to multi-channel operationsProvide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to give visibility to orders, allocation, and inventory flowWork closely with IT and business resources in the development and automation of reporting and supporting business processesDrive updates to existing reporting to accommodate the changing needs of the businessTroubleshoot issues that arise within existing reportingKeep larger team abreast of system upgrades, planned outages and other interruptions to regular processAct as an early adopter of new technology, participating in user-testing and providing relevant feedbackParticipate in business case creation for key strategic initiatives and ensure all decisions are supported by rigorous analysisTrain new team members on existing reporting tools and reports and update and maintain training materials on a regular basisEstablish strong cross functional relationships with Inventory Management, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Allocation, Order to Cash and DC ManagementBasic Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree, however a combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substituteMinimum 2 years of experience in an analytics and/or reporting roleExpert knowledge and proficiency with excel (can perform complex functions) , Business Objects, and SAP, with preference for Python, SQL, or similar programming languages capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quicklyBroad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of business operations, policies and practicesStrong demonstrated ability to work independently, manage data-intensive projects, and engage remote teamsThis person is dynamic, analytical, planful, organized, and enjoys problem solving.Flexibility with regards to job responsibilitiesExtremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environmentEffective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and ability to engage with executive level partnersExcellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacyMust demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.Benefits & Perks:We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
