What we are looking for

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in advertising, communications, and/or marketing with a racial justice lens.
• Possess strong communication skills, particularly in writing and editing.
• Hold a creative and strategic mindset with a strong understanding of social media, marketing strategy, and digital media.
• Thrive in and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Are able to manage your time and stay organized.
• Have a strong understanding of social media analytics decisions, and platforms, specifically Twitter, LinkedIn, nstagram, and Facebook.
• Are comfortable with project management and can consistently meet deadlines.
• Have knowledge of and ability to adapt to multiple media environments.
• Are committed to the Foundation’s mission and values of belonging & representation, mutual respect, and trust.
