Position: Project Manager (Clinical Trials and Research Informatics)

Location: Boston, MA - remote

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Our client is looking to bring on a project manager to help support the various projects an initiatives amongst their Clinical Trial and Research teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: PMP certificate is a plus.
• 2-5 years of project and/or project management experience in a healthcare setting; experience in healthcare/oncology preferred.
• PM experience within areas like Research informatics and Clinical Trials Office.
• Experience with Charters, Project Planning, Smart Sheets, and Excel
• Demonstrate experience managing multiple concurrent large/small projects and project teams.
• Experience facilitating meetings.
• Proficient with project management approached like Waterfall and Agile.

Responsibilities Include:

• Influences operational and executive leadership within the business areas to create and maintain alignment around the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, and constrains impacting project delivery.
• Clarifies and applies triple constraint priorities to project oversight and control.
• Creates comprehensive project plans, follows up on key issues, produces status reports and documents showing project progress.
• Manages and monitors project schedules, progress and cost to ensure projects are completed on time and effectively.
• Manages programs and projects to design, develop and implement new systems and sub teams in project execution, ensuring compliance with established company standards.
