Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with our services exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on services, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of jobs.
Job Costing: Estimate and track the costs associated with each service job, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses. Ensure accurate job costing to support pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. Follow up on outstanding invoices as needed.
Maintain Client Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, service history, and preferences to facilitate personalized service and future communication.
Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
