Learn more at levelall.com. Level All is looking for a creative Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, innovating, and prototyping user experiences and user interface for all Level All audiences. You will develop and maintain a formal design system that serves as the foundation of Level All’s design and engineering efforts. You will work closely with our engineers, partners, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product design, visuals, and experience. You will advocate for strong design thinking and consider the customer experience in all aspects of your work. This position reports to Level All’s Sr. Product Manager. Full-time, temp to perm, on site 3 days NYC (Monday two other days)Job DescriptionDevelop creative and innovative design solutions for internal tools, web, and mobile app experiences that support various types of customersWork with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to understand customer problems, key opportunities in your domain, and define both the long term UX vision and also short term releases that unlock customer valueCreate wireframes, mockups and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts, ensuring flows are intuitive and efficientDevelop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, maintaining a consistent style that aligns with Level All brand identity and standardsExecute all visual design stages from concept to prototype to final hand off to engineeringStrong understanding of common web patterns, foundations, and the ability to discern when to innovate versus adopt existing standardsCollaborate with users and stakeholders to conduct usability testing, gathering feedback to refine and enhance the user experiencePresent work to partners, stakeholders and senior leaders regularlyQualifications5 years of experience in UX / UI designA portfolio showcasing a range of user experience and interface design competenciesDemonstration of creative problem solving to deliver an app experience that is intuitive, easy to use, and engagingAdherence to the development and maintenance of a formal design systemSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, best practices, and contemporary design sensibilitiesProven experience building excellent consumer productsStrong UX/UI craft — you can break down complex experiences and design with consideration for all touchpointsAbility to explain the impact of your work, tradeoffs you’ve made, lessons learned, and design rationale.Ability to perform in a fast-paced and iterative design process under minimal supervisionAn expert in all respects in Figma. Proficiency in other design tools including Adobe Creative Suite or SketchAdditional InformationThe annual total compensation for this position is expected to be between $100,000 - $150,000. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the indicated range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Level All are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for stock-based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
