Internship Purpose:

The aim of this internship is to provide students or individuals actively enrolled in Marketing / Business-related education programs with hands-on training to enhance their Marketing knowledge and practical experience.

Project Selection Criteria:

The projects assigned to interns in this role are determined based on their ongoing coursework, individual abilities, and input received from their professors, program advisors, or relevant work experience. We encourage interns in this position to collaborate closely with both our in-house team and external clients/vendors, fostering and sustaining productive relationships both within and outside our organization.

Responsibilities:

• You will design and spearhead our student expansion strategy by getting students to sign up and apply to courses.
• Work with Level 9 Corporation internal team and learn various business development, marketing, and consumer behavior strategies to grow our presence
• Execute tactical marketing projects and assignments, as necessary
• The Marketing Intern position offers a variety of opportunities including supporting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development, and public relation plans
• Interns may perform and/or participate in additional activities/events that will help them build a strong network within the Level 9 Corporation community
• Develop technical skills specific to your major
• Provides opportunities for professional development by building relationships and learning about other parts of the business
• Review current marketing program activities to make recommendations for changes/improvement opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and competitive landscape.
• Support the creation and management of content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing techniques.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Prior marketing experience or relevant coursework is a plus.

Experience: 

This is an entry-level position. Preference will be given to candidates actively enrolled in Marketing / Business-related college programs or equal real work experience is acceptable.

Education: 

A high school diploma, or its equivalent, is required. Some college is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates in their senior year of college or equal real work experience is acceptable

This internship is expected to last 3-4 months. While financial compensation is not provided, we are committed to providing a supportive learning environment where interns can enhance their skills and apply theoretical knowledge in a professional setting. Additionally, we are open to working with educational institutions to facilitate the process of earning academic credit for the internship. A5: Sometimes. It depends on Level 9's workforce requirements. We may discuss hiring for a paid position towards the end of your internship, possibly during a 90-day review.

A6: No. Level 9 Corporation is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) workplace. All that is required is a Windows or Mac Laptop or Desktop computer with a stable internet connection. Note: Chromebooks are not approved and do not work on our systems.
