We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic team. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of IT. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Systems Administration, Website Design, Networking, and other IT related tasks. You will have the chance to utilize Remote Support tools used within the Industry as well as gain real-world, onsite experience with Customers and Systems.
Internship Purpose:
The aim of this internship is to provide students or individuals actively enrolled in IT-related education programs with hands-on training to enhance their IT knowledge and practical experience.

Project Selection Criteria:The projects assigned to interns in this role are determined based on their ongoing coursework, individual abilities, and input received from their professors, program advisors, or relevant work experience. We encourage interns in this position to collaborate closely with both our in-house team and external clients/vendors, fostering and sustaining productive relationships both within and outside our organization.

Q1: Is this a paid position?A1: No. Note: There are opportunities for paid projects that may occur during your internship but those will be handled on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. An example of a Paid Project would include going onsite to a Client location to repair a computer. You will be compensated for your time, which will be discussed during your internship.
Q2: How long is an Internship at Level 9?A2: Typically, internships last between 3 and 4 months. Usually, there is a 90-day review where interns are invited to a meeting to discuss their time so far as an intern and if they wish to extend their internships.
Q3: How many hours do I need to work a week as an Intern?A3: If you are interested in an internship for School credit, then you will need to follow the required hours specified by your school’s credit requirements (typically 9-27 hours a week)If you're not interested in an internship for school credit, it will depend on the project you take on. Typically, we will work on the project, checking progress and updates during weekly meetings. Level 9 is flexible to accommodate your schedule and availability.
Q4: Do I need any qualifications, certifications, or experience to be an IT Intern?
A4: No, you do not need any qualifications, certifications, or specific experience to be an IT Intern. As long as you’re tech-savvy or willing to learn, we will give you tasks and responsibilities relative to your current experience levels and provide training and support where needed.
Q5: Does Level 9 Hire after an internship
A5: Sometimes. It depends on Level 9's workforce requirements. We may discuss hiring for a paid position towards the end of your internship, possibly during a 90-day review.
Q6: Does Level 9 Provide Work Computers / Devices / Phones
A6: No. Level 9 Corporation is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) workplace. All that is required is a Windows or Mac Laptop or Desktop computer with a stable internet connection. Note: Chromebooks are not approved and do not work on our systems.
