Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Caterer/Server to join our team. As a Caterer/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Set up and break down catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during events
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure successful execution of events

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry or catering preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
