Position: Manager on Duty/Server

Location: View (3 Consuelo Place, Oakdale NY)

Shift Information: Must have both daytime and evening availability

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience

We are currently seeking a passionate Manager on Duty/Server! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. The role will be supplemented with Server responsibilities during non Manager on Duty shifts.

Some Job Responsibilities will include:

• Ensures all processes and procedures are followed in the absence of other management staff.
• Leads with integrity and focuses on the Company's mission and values.
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect
• Provide a clear and consistent direction to crew members as needed during the work day to ensure operational excellence is consistently executed.
• Ensures overall cleanliness of workstations and the restaurant.
• Creates positive dining experiences by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all crew members understand guest needs and exceed their expectations.
• Upholds sales and service techniques to ensure a great guest experience.
• Ensures team members follow recipes and instructions to accurately prepare all orders.
• Ensures team members work at a pace to maintain restaurants established speed of service guidelines.
• Executes proper security, cash handling and control procedures.
• Ensures compliance with employment law, safety regulations, and all company policies and procedures during all shifts.
• Effectively handles and manages confidential and sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years in a restaurant setting, preferably a management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Restaurant: 3 years (Preferred)
• Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Oakdale, NY 11769: Relocate before starting work (Required)
