Area Sales Manager Summary:
Responsible for sales activity, ensuring volume and goals are achieved in assigned specific communities. Responsible for supervising and overseeing work of New Home Consultants and Homebuyer Concierge.

QualificationsPhysical Requirements:
This is a primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing twenty-five (25) pounds or less. Must also be able to drive to various communities to visit New Home Consultants in their Welcome Home Centers. This can require short and long-distance drives of minutes to hours in length. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment.
