Len Stoler’s Corporate Office is seeking to hire a Part-time Title Clerk Assistant to assist our out-of-state Title Clerk with processing paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a vehicle, perform clerical/accounting duties, prepare documents, answer calls, and more. Automotive / DMV Title work experience is required. If you’re an outgoing, personable, and a motivated self-starter - We want to hear from you!

Responsibilities – Title Clerk Assistant:
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions related to stocking in vehicles
- Assist in processing car deals including dealer trades
- Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare title documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the county clerk
- Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications – Title Clerk Assistant:
Previous Automotive / DMV Titling experience required- Automotive Dealership experience is a plus!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- Basic computer and filing skills
- Integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic required
- Attention to detail with great organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
